Snakes and boys

Do all little boys love playing with snakes?

When I was younger, all the boys went to the pond to catch snakes. They would try to scare the girls with them, so the girls learned how to play with snakes too, just to make the boys mad.

Heck no! Snakes, worms, anything long and slithering was a no go for me. But I didn't like to get dirty or play in the mud when I was a kid, so going to a pond to catch things wasn't my thing.

I never really played with snakes. If there was around, I'd try to find it but I was told to never pick one up so I never did.
