An unlikely hero saved a group of adorable penguin chicks from a perilous situation.

In this video clip, a group of Emperor penguin chicks are left threatened by a Giant petrel. They formed a defensive circle and one brave chick stood in front of the others, guarding his siblings.

Moments later, out of nowhere, an Adelie comes running to their rescue...

The little chick was thinking "I'm the boss! Not you!". I love when brave animals stand up for their family. This was a rather cute video.
