For me, it's the sound of crickets when I'm trying to fall asleep.

Crickets are number one and way ahead of anything else. It even drives me nuts to hear them on TV. The other day I was getting ready for bed and had the TV on and there were the sounds of crickets, I thought I had one in the house!
A friend knew this about me and sent me a meme of crickets chirping that was even annoying, funny... but annoying. LOL
